The OrthoLife heavy are designed to fit any part of the body and can be used for ice or heat therapy. The heavy duty bag includes a leak proof cap with washer.
For Cold Therapy, fill the bag 2/3 full with ice, cold water or both. Apply directly to desired area.
For Heat Therapy, fill the bag 2/3 full with warm water no higher than 45℃. Apply directly to desired area
